What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (Visa and MasterCard):
To guarantee maximum security, your credit card details are transmitted in encrypted form using SSL. When you place an order, the amount is reserved on your credit card. This amount is only debited when your order is shipped. We use the 3D Secure process for credit card payments. 3D Secure is a process that secures online credit card transactions. Developed by Visa, it is used for the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode services. 3D Secure is designed to reduce the risk of fraud.
When the 3D Secure system is used during an order, a connection is established with the card issuer to confirm your identity using a password or authentication code sent by phone. If the authentication is successful, the credit card payment is processed.
PayPal:
If you pay via PayPal, you will be asked to log in to your PayPal account to confirm the payment. The order amount is only reserved at the time of order placement. This amount will only be debited from your PayPal account when the order is shipped.

How do I get my invoice?
The invoice, containing all the required information, is sent by email along with the shipping confirmation. No invoices are sent by post.
